  Fast, awesome staff. Coffee is always fresh and if anything I didn't like,they'll always remake it, that only happened to me two years ago their. Ever since we moved close, this one is my Favorite Dunkin Donuts, great fresh coffee and the store is always clean And the staff is so nice,not mean. I am very relieved for I use to go in some parts of concord every day and it was a Hugh inconvenience, never got anything right and coffee was old , extremely rude staff, just disgusting. Relying on this one here in little old pittsfield is a massive relief. Thank you pittsfield Duncan donuts, keep up the great work✨☺

  The crew members aren't always friendly but dunking donuts coffee is so good! When they make it the right way anyway

  This place is a complete hit or miss. They either suck and can't make anything right, or they can make it awesome. To me, it seems like it really depends on who's working at that current moment. Recently, they've been doing alright when I go through, but beforehand, they just sucked.
